College football Week 3 is in the books, and with it came several surprises in the Week 4 Associated Press poll.

USC dropped from No. 2 to No. 13 after losing at Stanford, which rose all the way to the No. 9 spot in the latest rankings.

Notre Dame justified its spot in the rankings with a resounding 20-3 win over Michigan State on the road in East Lansing, Mich. The win vaulted the Fighting Irish all the way up to the No. 11 spot in the poll.

Who are the winners and the losers from the latest edition of the AP Top 25? SEC lead writer Barrett Sallee breaks it down in this edition of "The Program."
