Some thought that without Kevin Durant, Oklahoma City would drop off the face of the planet. That was wrong.

Others figured OKC might close up shop when Kevin Durant and Jeff Green were out at the same time. That was also wrong.

The young team proved that they are more than just a team that Kevin Durant plays on. They are a team that has the capability to win without Durant. The same is true when Durant and Green are both out.

The Thunder played at Dallas and lost by two in overtime to the Mavericks. They played without Kevin Durant most of the game due to an ankle injury, as rookie Russell Westbrook took up the slack, but they came up short in overtime.

Dallas came to OKC to try to get their second win in three games against OKC, and this time Jeff Green went out along with Durant.

Nenad Krstic played one of his best games and Oklahoma City came away with the win. This win that came without two of Oklahoma City's best players.

These games have given Thunder fans something to look forward to, as they are starting to flaunt their depth. Fans should expect more wins next year.
