Our next stop on our West Coast tour was Los Angeles, Calif., home of the L.A. Dodgers. There we were able to explore the town and get the full inside info on Dodger Stadium from Dodgers historian Mark Langill.
The Short Stop
Located at 1455 Sunset Blvd. in Echo Park, this isn't just a sports bar; it's a Dodgers bar. Joe showed us around the place and let us know that after a short 10-minute walk up the hill, in just 20 minutes you are in your seat at Dodger Stadium.
Dodger Stadium is located at 1000 Elysian Park Avenue; Dodgers historian Mark Langill showed us all around and told us great stories about the park. Afterward, we caught the game on a great, sunny Southern California day.
Lucky Strike Lanes
After the game, we swung by to check out Lucky Strike Lanes in downtown Los Angeles in the L.A. Live sports and entertainment district. Ashley showed us around, and we took in a game of bowling with her.
The Happy Ending
If you can't make it to the game, The Happy Ending is in a central location in Los Angeles and features HDTVs that play all home games.
