NFL Week 2: Baltimore Ravens vs. Philadelphia Eagles Preview & Prediction

BR StudiosFeatured Columnist IVSeptember 15, 2016

When you barely escape Cleveland with a 17-16 win, it's time to fine-tune your offense if you're the Eagles. The Browns defense bothered Michael Vick all Sunday, forcing him into throwing four interceptions.

Mr. Vick meet Mr. Lewis; the 37-year-old Ravens linebacker is back.

Ray Lewis dominated against the Bengals on Monday Night Football with 11 solo tackles and a forced fumble. The Ravens other senior citizen, 34-year-old Ed Reed, gave the Browns fits all night, capped by a pick six to ice the game for Baltimore.

Not only are the Ravens phenomenal on defense, shown by their suffocating performance on MNF, but now Joe Flacco is looking to make good on his "I'm the best QB" quote from the offseason.

Flacco torched the Bengals for 299 yards and two touchdowns. Baltimore's offense had 430 total yards.

In short, the Ravens are running on all cylinders. Conversely, the Eagles need to play much better this week if they want to improve to 2-0 in Philly.
