Chris Johnson: NFL Week 2 Production Projection

Josh Zerkle@JoshZerkleChief Writer IIIOctober 14, 2016

Chris Johnson rushed for a whopping four yards against the Patriots in Week 1. After rallying for a 1,000-yard rushing season in 2011, CJ2K opened 2012 with a whimper. Is Johnson already over the hill? Should we start calling him CJ-401(k)?

How much of Johnson’s performance could be attributed to New England’s restored defense? Coupled with Jake Locker’s struggles in his first game as a Week 1 starter, it’s significant. What remains to be seen is whether the Chargers can pin down the game’s most recent 2,000-yard rusher in their upcoming battle.

What does that mean for CJ2K? Will this be his first 100-yard game of the season?

For my Week 2 production projection for Johnson, check out my latest video above. Agree or disagree? Leave your thoughts in the comments. Thanks for watching.
