The Titans have can't put anything together on their drive and now the Patriots will continue to run out the clock.

After a very long time-consuming drive, the Patriots settle for a field goal that seals the win for them.

Can't say it enough ... the Titans defense is being absolutely gutted by the Patriots running game. This drive is a game-ender ad it's been easy.

Titans can't quite make it into the end zone. Bironas nails a chip shot field goal to make it a two score game.

Titans offseason to do list:

Chris Johnson has only one carry in the second half. It went for no gain. Impressive run defense by the Patriots today.

Titans fans that wanted Matt Hasselbeck to get the start get see him now as he completes a short pass to Chris Johnson.

Locker's injury appears to be to his left non-throwing shoulder. The play was ruled an incomplete pass so the Titans will maintain possession of the ball.

The Titans are falling apart with Nate Washington concussed and fumbling the ball. Locker goes down after making the tackle on the defender. It may be safe to call it a win for the Patriots now.

While the Titans have dominated time of possession, the Patriots have had great field position all day.

The Titans run defense does not appear to have improved from 2011, as they are simply being gutted by the Patriots running backs. Touchdown Stevan Ridley. 

The Patriots will start their next drive with great field position.

Jake Locker shows his wheels on a 20+ yard run but the play is taken back due to a holding call. 

Call overruled. That pass marks Locker's second horribly innaccurate pass of the day.

The replacement refs strike again with a questionable interception call. Let's see if it's overturned ...

Titans defense holds on to force a punt with great coverage and they continue to put hits and Brady.

Brady is very methodically leading the Patriots down the field for another score. The Titans don't quite seem to have a response.

The Titans defense is starting to do a good job of getting pressure on Brady on a consistent basis.

Jake Locker completes an amazing throw with a Patriots defender draped all over him for a 29-yard touchdown pass to Nate Washington. 80-yard drive in under two minutes.

Locker continues his impressive day with a 35-yard bomb to Jared Cook.

The Titans defense is predictably having a difficult time keeping up with the Patriots' playcalling. They have run a very balanced offense. Offensively, the interior of the Titans offensive line must open things up for Chris Johnson in the running game because all the pressure is on Jake Locker's shoulders right now.
