There's a reason that many people consider Lionel Messi to be the best player in the world.

Messi is the master of unbelievable goals, and his latest is sure to make fans' jaws drop as he scores from long distance off of a free kick from just outside the box.

Messi's perfectly placed kick is a true showing of how deadly accuracy can make for a nearly impossible goal. His shot goes just over the defenders and just beyond the goalkeeper's reach before clanging off the post and into the goal.

The amazing goal put the Argentinians up 3-1 in the 63rd minute against Paraguay, effectively putting the match well out of reach.

Messi continues to be a star for Argentina. His free-kick goal was his fourth goal in his sixth appearance with the team in qualifying for the 2014 World Cup.

Argentina continues to dominate in the early qualifying rounds for the international tournament. The win gives them their fourth in qualifying and puts them on top of the South American standings with 13 points and a 4-1-1 mark.

With the loss, Paraguay now falls to last in the standings with a 1-1-4 record in qualifying.

Messi and Argentina will look to continue their winning ways against Peru when they visit Lima on Sept. 11. Peru is seventh in the South American standings with six points.
