Are the Denver Broncos Trying to Create a Second Franchise?
Former Miami Dolphins’ corner back Andre’ Goodman has agreed to a five-year deal worth $25 million with the Denver Broncos—$10 million of that contract is guaranteed, according to NFL.com’s Adam Schefter.
Goodman is now the eighth free agent signed by the Broncos thus far this offseason. The team has been rumored to be in contact with another 15 players.
Here are the other players that Denver has already reached an agreement with: J.J. Arrington, Correll Buckhalter, Brian Dawkins, Jabar Gaffney, Renaldo Hill, Lonnie Paxton, and Darrell Reid. (Note: Two of those players are former Patriots)
Even though none of these players—excluding Dawkins—are considered stars, they will all play a role on a team that makes its money with player rotations.
