Someone had the nerve to write an article saying that Hulk Hogan is the real Mr. WrestleMania! Can you believe that? Now I'm not naming any names, but that person is wrong. DEAD WRONG!
People often say that if it weren't for Hulk Hogan, there wouldn't be a WrestleMania, well, I think thats complete b.s. If it weren't for Roddy Piper and Paul Orndorff and Iron Sheik and Nikolai Volkoff and "Cowboy" Bob Orton and others, there wouldn't be a WrestleMania. Don't just give all the credit to Hack Hogan.
But back to The Showstopper. Shawn Michaels has given us classic memorable matches and moments. Whether it was the first ladder match at WrestleMania 10 between him and Razor Ramon, his unforgettable zipline entrance from the rafters at WrestleMania XII, his match with Kurt Angle at WrestleMania 21, or Ric Flair's last match with Mr. WrestleMania himself at Wrestlemania 24.
These are things that Hogan cannot give us. The only WrestleMania moments he's really had is being at the first WrestleMania and slamming Andre the Giant. And as far as matches. The only two WrestleMania matches of his that I enjoyed is his match with Andre (because he slammed Andre) and his match with Randy Savage (because Randy Savage was in the match).
If you think about there's really nothing special about Hulk Hogan...just ask his wife.
So I suggest that you all just sit back and enjoy the memories that HBK continues to give us. Because WrestleMania is only weeks away. His match with The Undertaker is sure to be another Mr. WrestleMania classic.
