Harrison: Knee 'A-OK,' Hopes to Play for Steelers Sunday

James Harrison signaled today that his left knee came through Monday's practice without any negative reaction. Harrison practiced for the first time on Monday after missing the entire preseason with swelling in the knee that required arthroscopic surgery Aug. 15. He said after that practice that today would be important, based on how his knee reacted to the stress. If it "blows up," he said, "that's it."
