NO FEAR! That's how I would describe a man diving over the scorers table going after a loose ball. Blake Griffin came back with a dominate performance (20 points, 19 rebounds) as the Sooners pulled away late in the second half to post a 78-63 victory over Texas Tech in Lubbock. Answering questions from a reporter about whether or not he was crazy, Griffin responded," I am a little bit I guess. I feel fine. I am back to normal, I didn't think twice." Griffin only knows only one way to play, and that's with reckless abandon. He didn't worry about re injuring himself, he didn't worry about flying sideways over the table, to a round of applause from the Tech fans who were sitting near by.
Tech coach Pat Knight likened him to the Terminator, and everyone else to Sarah Conner. It didn't matter what you did, he was going to kill you some how. Last time Tech played OU, Griffin had 40 points, and 23 rebounds. Knight this time double and sometimes triple teamed him, and he still came away with 20 points. "He's the total package. He plays that way all the time; he's got a football players mentality."
Blake Griffin is back America.
