Who better to break down the bread and butter for the Baltimore Ravens than their own future Hall of Famer Ray Lewis? That's right, the Ravens' 37-year-old linebacker gives us his inside scoop on what the Ravens need to do beat the upstart Bengals.

Speaking of whom, many experts believe this is Cincy's year to make a big move in the AFC North. But the Ravens are looking to open things up on defense and are still led by the ageless Lewis.
