oregonWhat a difference a day can make. The Oregon Ducks' offense really shined today as they defeated the 15th-ranked Fresno State Bulldogs 7-1 in the second game of the three-game weekend series.

The Ducks jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the second inning and never looked back. Caleb Tommasini, Mitch Karraker, and Dylan Gavin each had two hits, and four more Ducks collected one.

On the mound today for the Ducks were Erik Stavert, Ryan Fleckenstein, and Madison Boer, respectively. Fresno State managed eight hits on the day, but the Oregon's defense held the Bulldogs to only one run.

With the victory, the Ducks have won the weekend series. The final game is scheduled for tomorrow at 1:00 p.m. PDT.
