Tom Brady vs. Joe Montana: Who's the Better Quarterback?

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft fired a shot across the bow this week when he declared Tom Brady is better than Hall of Fame quarterback Joe Montana.

The two quarterbacks played in different eras and both led their teams to Super Bowl championships with incredible passing attacks never seen before.

NFL Lead Writer Josh Zerkle thinks Kraft is crazy, that Montana's successes can't be duplicated by Brady and that his place in history is secure. Montana pioneered the West Coast offense and helped turn Jerry Rice into the greatest receiver of all time.

I, on the other hand, think that Brady isn't done quite yet and has plenty of time to win another Super Bowl trophy. He's helped turn Bill Belichick into this era's Bill Walsh and has turned plenty of scrub receivers into studs. While it would be premature to call Brady the greatest quarterback of all time, down the road, it is very likely that will be the case.

Those are our thoughts—let us hear who you think is the better of these two tremendous passers.
