Marbury Makes Debut with Celtics
Last night Stephon Marbury (or "Starbury") made his debut with the Boston Celtics.
Marbury scored eight points on 4-for-6 shooting with two assists and a steal in 13 minutes of a 104-99 win over the Pacers. Despite being the backup for Rajon Rondo, Marbury is happy to be in Boston.
"I'm just so happy to be playing basketball again," said Marbury in a recent press conference. "I don't care what my role is. I'm excited about just playing."
This is good news, because now we have a starter as a backup. Not many teams get this much star power on one team.
Could this year be a repeat for the Celtics?
