Worst Moves of the 2012 NBA Offseason
This NBA offseason has its share of the good, the bad and the ugly.
In some cases, it was simply too many dollars for too many years, the wrong guy at the wrong time or forgetting that there were better options available. As NBA assistant editors Ethan Norof and Joel C. Cordes point out, there are quite a few teams that obviously screwed up.
These are the moves that we still can't stop scratching our heads about.
Actual court time can make the dollars, years and roles eventually come into focus. However, it's hard to imagine too many successful scenarios where these situations will turn out well. The best that can be hoped for is a chance to "mulligan" these decisions somewhere down the line.
That doesn't always happen.
