Most of us could scan the schedule for every NFL team and mark a "W" or "L" for each game of the season. But which teams have the potential to buck the trend?

Many teams already look improved from last year. Tennessee has traded in experience for upside by choosing Jake Locker as its starting quarterback over Matt Hasselbeck. With a healthy receiving corps and a rejuvenated Chris Johnson, the Titans stand ready to turn that proverbial corner and win the AFC South.

Kansas City will be happy to have all of its injured players from last year returning. Matt Cassel, Jamaal Charles and Eric Berry returning to the lineup will be a huge boost. The promotion of Romeo Crennel to head coach will also benefit the chances of the Chiefs rebounding after a disappointing 2011.

Could Indianapolis also be in the mix here? The Colts have certainly struck gold with Andrew Luck under center, and after their well-publicized trade for cornerback Vontae Davis, they suddenly don't appear to be a team that's rebuilding. The Colts still have plenty of talent on the field, but it remains to be seen if the younger guys can keep up with the veterans that remain from last year's 2-14 campaign.
