LSU's journey to repeat as SEC champions begins this Saturday night when the Tigers host the North Texas Mean Green at Tiger Stadium.

But just repeating as SEC champs may not be enough for this Tiger bunch. The goal for this group is to get back to the BCS National Championship Game and to hoist the crystal football for the first time since 2007.

To do that, the Tigers will need a great season from first-year starter Zach Mettenberger. The junior signal-caller and Georgia transfer takes over controls of the offense after Jarrett Lee and Jordan Jefferson exhausted their eligibility after last season.

Will Mettenberger make a statement in the season opener? What are some of the other keys to the game? Marc Kohn and Barrett Sallee discuss.
