The Denver Broncos have agreed to terms with former Eagles safety Brian Dawkins.

Dawkins, 35, played 13 years in Philadelphia and will enter his first year with Denver in 2009.

The Broncos have also acquired former Patriots long-snapper Lonie Paxton to a five-year, $5.3 million contract, making Paxton the second highest paid long-snapper in the league.

Other additions include: running backs Correll Buckhalter and J.J. Arrington, wide receiver Jabar Gaffney, and safety/corner back Renaldo Hill.
