Despite the official unveiling of the new Oregon Ducks jerseys still looming, we have already seen the new helmets for the 2012 season. And now, we have a full look at the new set of jerseys the Ducks will be wearing this fall.
In this shot by NikeBlog.com, we get a look at the yellow, black, white and kelly green jerseys the Ducks are coming out with. These are replicas, so you can expect that the quality for the team will be much better. It appears that the jerseys are a mesh between what the Ducks were wearing and the jerseys they wore in the Rose Bowl.
The jerseys feature the new numbers that the Ducks used in the Rose Bowl, while the wings on the shoulders remain part of the look from the last batch of uniforms.
As it stands, the season is a little over a week-and-a-half away. And while many things are still up in the air for this year's Ducks—namely the starting quarterback—the Ducks continue to stay on the cutting edge of uniform innovation.
The blog indicates that tomorrow will be the big day for Oregon fans, as the school will likely officially release the new Ducks uniforms.
For now, enjoy the preview of what is to come. And get ready, because college football is right around the corner.
