When the main event for UFC 151 was announced, I literally laughed.

Jon Jones, the man who destroyed Mauricio "Shogun" Rua, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, Lyoto "The Dragon" Machida and "Suga" Rashad Evans, is set to face Dan Henderson.

Really?

Did anybody else find this ridiculous?

After I stopped laughing, though, a moment of thought befell me, and I gasped in horror.

There are ways Hendo can win.

Jones is not indestructible, and Hendo just might upset him!

One way that Dan Henderson can defeat Jon Jones is by bullying him against the cage and working his Greco-Roman skills.

That said, I do not think Hendo will take Jones down with any ease, but if he can continually force clinch situations and dirty boxing scenarios, he may be able to wear Jones down and set himself up for victory.

In particular, a tired Jones may be subjected to...(next slide)

The H-BOMB!

Hendo's right hand is a thing of legend.

The way people brag and boast about its power, one would think, "Surely this is an exaggeration!"

However, Hendo's power is no joke, and he has made a career off his devastating one-punch power.

Let us not forget: Hendo has a pretty vicious left hand as well, so Jones has a lot to look out for on the feet.

If Hendo lands, it is lights out for the champion.

So, Hendo can either bully Jones or knock him senseless so far.

What else can he do?

Absolutely Nothing/Fluke

I take pride in being a reasonable analyst, so after two slides of questionable decision making, I am getting back to my roots of reason.

Honestly, there is not too much Hendo can do to Jones.

To quickly counter my earlier points, Jones' length and strength in the clinch and grappling situations is not even fair.  I highly doubt that Hendo will "bully" him anywhere.

For the H-bomb, yes, it is legit, but with Jones' reach and ability to dictate the range of a fight, it has a very, very low chance of landing.

That said, a fluke is Hendo's best chance of winning.

Jones performs a spinning attack, lands wrongly and breaks his ankle/tears his ACL.

Jones pummels Hendo with illegal elbows.

Jones wrecks his Bentley on the way to the arena...You get the point.

As far as ways Hendo can beat Jones, an absolute fluke is at the top of the list.
