Paul "BizNasty" Bisonnette did a very good thing recently. 

The filming of his latest episode for The Score's Downtime with BizNasty isn't what I am talking about, because anyone can hit the record button. 

I want to thank him for releasing this footage. 

The video making the rounds today on the Internet machine is marvelous, and it has nothing to do with the Phoenix Coyotes left winger. 

I am going to step out on a sturdy limb here and say it has everything to do with Playboy model, and something of a yoga wunderkind, Amy Lynn Grover. 

The video starts with BizNasty showing up to get his workout in at a gym in West Hollywood. In walks Grover, the hot female version, not this guy. 

They exchange pleasantries and begin taking Bisonnette through the ringer. Granted, this isn't P90X we are watching here. 

In fact, Tony Horton may have some issues with how much down time this hockey player is getting, but all is forgiven. 

Because the grand finale is a yoga session that matters. 

I don't care to do yoga, and have never thought watching a couple people perform that stretching exercise to be all that scintillating. 

You learn something new everyday.
