Strikeforce Rousey vs. Kaufman: Weigh-in Results for Saturday's Fight Card
Esther Lin for Strikeforce
The time is almost upon us. On Saturday night, in the main event of Strikeforce: Rousey vs. Kaufman, we will see if Ronda Rousey can successfully defend the title she wrested from the grasp of Miesha Tate back on March 3. We will also see if Sarah Kaufman can extend Rousey past the first round—something that none of Rousey’s past opponents, amateur or professional, have been able to do.
The night’s co-main event will see former Strikeforce middleweight champion Ronaldo Souza face Derek Brunson. With a victory, Souza may find himself in line to face the man who took the title from him: current Strikeforce champion Luke Rockhold.
Also appearing on the card will be Miesha Tate. Tate will face Julie Kedzie on the evening’s preliminary card.
