Report: Garza Unlikely to Pitch Again This Season

Cubs manager Dale Sveum announced Tuesday that starting pitcher Matt Garza will likely be shut down for the remainder of the season.
Garza hasn’t pitched since July 21 because of a triceps injury and subsequent stress reaction within his elbow.
