Despite nobody asking for it, Ryan Lochte will continue to be on your TV screens well after the London Olympics. He will be featured on an upcoming episode of 90210

E! Online reports Lochte will guest-star on the CW's 90210 in an episode set to air October 29—set DVR's accordingly.

If we know anything about Lochte, we can assume this role will be placed in the so bad it's good pile.

The report gives us an inkling as to the character Lochte will play.

"Lochte will cross paths with recently reunited couple Naomi (AnnaLynne McCord) and Max (Josh Zuckerman) at a resort, where they are attempting to strengthen their relationship. Maybe Lochte could offer up some pointers?"

I will assume he is playing himself which may be a stretch for the star swimmer who gives interviews like Greg Oden stays healthy—not very well.

Let me be the first to tell you that I take my 90210 quite seriously, at least the old school version. Reruns of the classic series played after Saved by the Bell back in the day, making me quite the expert, and extremely tied to the belief Dylan is a poor man's Brandon.

As for the new series, I couldn't hold on for more than a couple episodes. The creepiness of me watching a horrible show dedicated to teen girls kind of wore me out.

Yet that particular demographic is quite enamored with Lochte, making this a no-brainer for the shows producers.

Let's just hope it ends there.

As the report issues, Lochte has lofty and noble dreams.

"I'm definitely looking towards Dancing With the Stars and The Bachelor, so we'll see what happens. "

Just when you thought it was safe to sit on the couch and channel surf, Lochte aims to take over primetime programming.
