New York Giants Target T.J. Houshmandzadeh

Giants27Analyst IFebruary 25, 2009

According to Cincinnati.com, the New York Giants are targeting soon-to-be-former Bengals wide receiver, T.J. Houshmandzadeh.

Even if Plaxico Burress makes a return to the Meadowlands, Amani Toomer is likely on his way out the door.

So Houshmandzadeh will make an immediate impact.

Other guys the Giants should be targeting

Anquan Boldin

Boldin is currently in the middle of an ugly divorce with the Arizona Cardinals and should be available anyday.

Any outside linebacker with starting experience

Pretty obvious need the Giants need LB help and this need could expand if Antonio Pierce leaves as a free agent.

Gibril Wilson

The former Giant was released by the Raiders earlier this week and was solid in an otherwise empty Giants secondary. Now am I saying this is a glaring need? No, but Kenny Phillips is still young and Michael Johnson is a journeyman.

Where can I comment?
