The 2012 London Games have come and gone in the blink of an eye, as a closing ceremony will be a tough one to swallow for fans worldwide.

The emotion will be at its highest peak on an epic Sunday in London, as these Olympics have been everything fans could ask for in 2012. It's safe to say London has done a terrific job at delivering the Olympic games to the world, and it will make for an unforgettable closing ceremony.

From comeback performances to countless world-record efforts, these Olympics were as impressive as any in recent years.

These are the three things fans must look forward to heading into this final goodbye.

The Who Ready to Steal the Show

Who are you? Who, who, who, who?

Once that song takes full tune, you can expect a massive ovation for one of rock's greatest bands. Talk about a performance fans can expect to be one for the ages.

The music-making legends,The Who, are set to rock out to close the 2012 London Olympic Games alongside the 90's girl group sensation the Spice Girls.

I can expect The "always on top of their game" Who to make a grand showing at this final day in London. They are a household favorite and legendary band both nationally and worldwide, and will surely leave fans in awe with a killer performance.

Spice Girls Will Have Their Say, Too

In addition to The Who, the Spice Girls are also set to bring their talents to center stage by reuniting their pop group from the '90s.

Spice Girls' member Victoria Beckham, otherwise known as Posh Spice and wife of former soccer star David Beckham, had this to say about the upcoming performance with her former group in an interview with Hindustantimes.com.

"I don't know about a comeback tour, but I loved being back with the girls. We are very excited about the Olympics."

Following an Impressive Opening Ceremony

The question heading into the closing excitement at the London Games is whether it can follow up what was a spectacular, eye-opening spectacle of an opening ceremony.

The 2012 Games were kicked off with fireworks galore, an outright positive atmosphere and a plethora of athletes and fans erupting throughout the stadium.
