Olympic Star Swimmer Ryan Lochte Proud of Peeing in Pools in Funny or Die Video

Gabe ZaldivarPop Culture Lead WriterSeptember 2, 2016

Ryan Lochte pees in pools.

The U.S. swimmer who is one of the biggest stars in these Olympics has made quite the name for himself, and for things that have nothing to do with swimming swiftly within your lane.

The latest was a report from Sports Illustrated that Lochte does indeed urinate in pools.

The silly uproar caused the brilliant minds over at Funny or Die to come up with this video of Lochte giving the finer points of going tinkle in the pool.

While I have my issues with Lochte as a public figure who may take up time on our TV after the Olympics are over, I rather enjoyed this light-hearted retort to people caring where he does his business.

If you want criticism, the video is one minute too long.

There is plenty of fun stuff in here, including the way Lochte breaks down how one might work their way up to peeing in a pool, starting with the bathtub.

I also liked the way Lochte got uber creepy and explained the one thing you just don't do in a pool. I think we all know what that is. Although, I thought peeing was a no-no, so I could be wrong.

Really, they could have snipped this video after Lochte delivers a hilariously-awkward pun with, "These products are going to make a big splash."

In the end, Lochte makes me laugh, which is all that matters. Though I recommend not sharing a pool with him.
