Ken Krayeske, a freelance journalist, got a credential and asked UConn coach Jim Calhoun about his salary during these tough economic times. Calhoun was not pleased.


The kid even got a shot at the "real" reporters in there. The thing I don't get is how Calhoun is boasting and being so arrogant about his salary, and people think it's funny. But if A-Rod or some other highly paid athlete were to do that, they would be vilified.

And coach, how much of that $12 million do you give back to the kids in the form of cars and free grades?
