Matt MillerNFL Draft Lead WriterMarch 26, 2016

Fans of the Cleveland Browns and fantasy football players everywhere are on red alert after news of how running back Trent Richardson, No. 3 overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft, is making a trip to Pensacola, Fla. to visit Dr. James Andrews to have a minor procedure on his knee.

If you were thinking of drafting Richardson early in your fantasy draft, think again.

How will Richardson's knee issues affect the Browns, who were picked to finish dead last in our NFL Power Rankings? What does this mean for fantasy footballers? Find out here.
