TNA Legends Title: Not So Legendary?
When I heard that there would be a new title introduced I was very interested. For one I knew it would be like a mid-card type of title or at least I thought, two it will be a stepping stone to go to TNA world champion and again or at least I thought. Now when I think of the belt I dont know if I am the only one but I cant help to see it as another major title that is equal to the TNA world title. Even though the TNA world title has been defended more and had more than just one star claim the title but you cannot help but think the word LEGEND is important.
Not to take away from Sewell, Aj styles and who else challenges for the belt but they are not legends yet. So my question is does the Legend title mean that you are a step closer to being a legend as you are one step below TNA world title? But just winning a world title dosn't make you a legend it depends on what you do with your career and achievements. So what made TNA want to name this title the legends title? I don't know but all I can say is I am interested on how they will handle the title.
SOME THINGS I WOULD HAVE DID WITH THE TITLE.
.First I would have named it something else. But I probably know why TNA named it the legends title as there really are not many legit title names.
.I would have Booker T bring on how he did but then I would have Jarrett come out and say to be a legit title in TNA it has to be in a tournament.
THINGS THEY NEED TO DO WITH THE TITLE NOW.
.Now that we cant change the name or anything there are still things that can be done with the title.
.I will still use a tournament. Say some how the belt got vacated so a tournament got started. Booker would not retain A face would win than will make a speech and basically explain the role of the belt.
