Hit the easy button.

Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh destroyed the Dutch duo of Keizer and Van Iersel 21-13, 21-12 in just over a half hour, advancing to the elite eight of the Olympic tournament. There, they'll face Italians Greta Cicolari and Marta Menegatti.

The two-time defending gold medalists are looking as strong as ever heading into the quarterfinals, but the field is stacked with top teams. They won't be this easy the rest of the way, that's for sure. After seeing Todd Rogers and Phil Dalhausser suffer an upset on the men's side, we know that things can go sour very quickly.

The quarterfinal match will be tomorrow at 5 p.m. EDT, so be sure to follow along with us once again.
