Julio Cesar's agent claims to have held talks with Tottenham over a possible move for the Inter goalkeeper.
The Brazilian shot-stopper may be on his way out of San Siro after the Nerazzurri completed an 11 million euros deal for Udinese's Samir Handanovic, but Josias Cardoso is keen for any interested parties to contact the Serie A club to begin negotiations.
