Danica Patrick Gets Country in Miranda Lambert's "Fastest Girl in Town"

Danica Patrick steps out of her comfort zone in Miranda Lambert's music video for Fastest Girl in Town, by driving successfully in a car.

The NASCAR star features heavily in a music video that is easy to follow along, but that hardly means you will be free from scratching your head.

It all begins when Lambert and Patrick enter a dive bar where a future victim of car theft is shooting pool.

They get the man's keys and bolt in his sweet ride.

Thankfully, a real genius is riding by to lend our victim a lift to catch up with the girls. With no questions asked, the truck driver follows Patrick, who surprisingly avoids crashing into other cars.

A gun gets pulled, talk of being on probation is thrown out and the cops show up. Still, our loyal truck driver keeps on keeping on, and it's brilliant.

Obviously, Patrick and Lambert get away. They land at a chop shop, where the two agree they both need a beer.

Oh, you two!

While this music video may not be my slice of chocolate cake, Patrick does a great job of acting like a real-life driver.
