Ricky Seals-Jones is the No. 1 athlete in the nation, according to 247Sports.com. Earlier this summer, Seals-Jones decommitted from the University of Texas and is now considering several schools including Texas, LSU, Baylor, Texas A&M and Oregon.

The 6'5", 230-pound mega-recruit is hoping to play both football and basketball at the college level.  A player of his caliber would be a huge boost for any program that lands him.

Bleacher Report's SEC lead blogger Barrett Sallee and national college football lead blogger Michael Felder give us their thoughts on whether the nation's No. 1 athlete should recommit to Texas or sign with the Tigers.
