American skeet shooter Kim Rhode made history after shooting down a world record 99 out of 100 targets and winning her fifth straight Olympic medal, the most for an American.

Rhode was one of three Americans to earn gold, Vincent Hancock did at the Men's Skeet and Jamie Gray did at the Women's 50m Rifle - Three Position, while Matt Emmons took bronze at the Men's 50m Rifle - Three Position.

China came away with the most medals, scoring two gold, two silver and three bronze.
