Los Angeles Galaxy 1-0 FC Dallas: Galaxy Win in the East Texas Heat

No Landon Donovan? No David Beckham? No problem for Bruce Arena’s Los Angeles Galaxy, who struggled in the East Texas heat to earn a 1-0 victory over Schellas Hyndman’s FC Dallas at FC Dallas Stadium in Frisco, Tex.

A chance for Scott Sealy to put the match on level terms in the 64^th minute of play just sailed over the bar. Some extracurricular activities took place in the 67^th minute, forcing match referee Hilario Grajeda to set some order.

A chance for Robbie Keane in the 76^th minute was denied by the FC Dallas backline tandem of Zach Loyd and George John. In the 82^nd minute, Jackson nearly evened the score but the header went wide left.

In the 86^th minute, Josh Saunders had to come off his line to make a sweep. Andrew Jacobson had his chance to put the match on level terms but that was not well-hit. Sealy was offsides on a chance in the third minute of stoppage time.
