\A major key component in the Los Angeles Galaxy’s 1-1 draw with Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday was defender Omar Gonzalez, who logged in 63 minutes against Spurs and didn’t show any signs of injury.

“I feel really good. Everything is feeling normal, I’m not that sore right now which is a great sign and I feel like I’m getting a lot closer to 90 minutes,” Gonzalez told LAGalaxy.com’s Adam Serrano on Tuesday. “The knee feels great right now. There are no problems with it.”

That bring up the million-dollar question to be answered this weekend: will Gonzalez start against FC Dallas? A possible backline of A.J. DeLaGarza, Gonzalez, David Junior Lopes and Bryan Gaul seems to be in the works for Bruce Arena.

“We’ll see how I feel,” Gonzalez added. “I definitely want to get the start and hopefully Bruce puts me out there for the start, but we’ll see what happens.”
