Isaac's Info: A-Roid Test Positive For Steriods

Isaac FishCorrespondent IFebruary 20, 2009

New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez test positive for taking steroids the other week.  I am happy he came out and apologized and was honest about it.  I don't think anyone else admitted it immediately like he did.  He was very lucky he took them when they where legal or he might have gone to jail.

The sad part about all of this is that he is losing respect from his fans.  He might not be a New York Yankee before next season.  I have no problem with him going to the Cleveland Indians they might need someone after their terrible season last year.

I thought that he would get in to the baseball hall of fame but now I don't know if he will be after what he did.

Mark McGuire did the same thing but he didn't come out and say it directly like Rodriguez did.  He just said "I don't want to talk about the past".  That pretty muck told everybody he took them.

Rodriguez is not considered a cheater because he took them when they were legal.  Barry Bonds is because he took them when they were illegal and he lost respect for a good reason.  Rodriguez is losing respect because everyone thought he was good because his talent and now people think he did it to get better.  He even said "I was young, and stupid when I took them".

I still like Rodriguez and have respect because to me he is not a cheater.  But that's my opinion you everybody else is can think differently but just remember that he didn't cheat.

Where can I comment?
