Twins Sign Crede to Solve Third Base Hole

Dan WadeSenior Analyst IFebruary 21, 2009

The Chicago Tribune is reporting that the Twins have finally completed their first relevant offseason move.

Terms of the deal were not immediately available, since the deal hasn't actually been completed yet, which means most fans should be withholding their judgement. Most of the controversy about Crede was due to contract demands which reportedly reached $12 million with incentives.

Once the deal is confirmed, and the terms released to the public, I'll pass judgement on the supposed signing.
