Rumored to be making a move from Internacional to Chelsea is talented youngster Oscar, who will be on show for Brazil at the upcoming 2012 London Olympics.

After already having had his medical at the London club, it seems that all that's left is for the 20-year-old to obtain his work permit in order for him to complete his "dream move" to Chelsea over the summer transfer window.

Andre Schurrle

After current club Bayer Leverkusen knocked back a move from Chelsea, you'd have been forgiven for thinking that Andre Schurrle was a lost cause for the Blues.

However, if the latest reports are to be believed, the striker has said he is interested in making a move to the Champions League victors.

The Germany international stated that the opportunity doesn't come around "very often in your life".

Having said that, Schurrle will reportedly respect the decision of his current club.

Frank Lampard

Blues legend Frank Lampard, who is entering the final year of his contract at Stamford Bridge, has refused to rule out this year being his last year at the club amid rumors linking him with a move to Los Angeles Galaxy.

The 34-year-old expressed his desire to remain at the club for as long as he is under contract, with the midfielder set to examine his future at the end of the year.

Thorgan Hazard

Chelsea are believed to have secured a deal with Eden Hazard's brother Thorgan—picking up the 19-year-old from Ligue 2 club Lens.

Whilst Hazard does possess some of the same skills that his more talented brother possesses, it's still a strange decision by the Blues. That being said, it may have been part of their sweetener to get Eden Hazard to move to Stamford Bridge in the first place.

The midfielder is expected to go out on loan immediately.

Willian

After reportedly being upset that Chelsea's bid for him was knocked back by his current club Shakhtar Donetsk, Willian is now rumored to be a potential target for Andre Villas-Boas at Tottenham.

Willian is believed to be worth around £20 million and Spurs are interested in making a bid for the 23-year-old as they try to continue their solid summer transfer window so far.

The Serie A side are set to offer around £16 million for Witsel, after reportedly cooling their interest in Danish midfielder Christian Eriksen.
