Gross Signs Six-Year Contract With Panthers
Jordan Gross officially signed a six-year deal with the Carolina Panthers that will pay him $30.5 million over the first three years, making him the first offensive lineman to be paid that much over a three-year deal.
And it is also confirmed that the Panthers will place the franchise tag on Julius Peppers, who is still waiting to be traded. He released a statement noting that there are four teams would like to be traded to, one of which is the Dallas Cowboys, two are division rivals in the NFC South (no names were) specified, and one AFC team.
I will be on hand to pass along any information on the Julius Peppers saga.
