Every Friday on the SEC Blog, we will feature the tweets of the week from SEC players, coaches and media personalities.

This week was a monumental week in the SEC Twitter-verse. With every SEC head coach and selected SEC players making the rounds at the Wynfrey Hotel for SEC Media Days, tweets were abundant.

Tennessee linebacker Herman Lathers and offensive lineman Ja'Waun James made sure that the Vols made it to Hoover, Ala. on time by supervising the professionals.

On the ground, Auburn head coach Gene Chizik needed some sun block, according to Auburn assistant Athletic Director Kirk Sampson.

Mississippi State head coach Dan Mullen found it a bit difficult to move from room to room, and provided visual evidence.

Missouri wide receiver T.J. Moe stole the show on Tuesday, and the assembled media in the Internet/radio room showed our appreciation of Moe when he was finished with his appearance.

It was really more like a slow clap, but let's not get into semantics. Moe was a lot of fun, and set the bar pretty high for SEC players in the future.

South Carolina wide receiver Ace Sanders sums up his experience at SEC Media Days as succinctly and accurately as anyone possibly can.

Have a great weekend, SEC fans.
