Viral Video of the Day: Robinho, Kevin-Prince Boateng Bust Move in Training

Michael CummingsWorld Football Lead WriterMay 18, 2016

Robinho and Kevin-Prince Boateng are in midseason form. OK, Rodney Strasser, too.

Well, at least they would be if dancing were their day job.

Today's B/R Viral Video of the Day features the Prince and Robinho busting a few moves on the dance floor artificial turf of AC Milan's Milanello training compound. Clearly, all three have been practicing.

Alas, their day job is not dancing. And world football is not American football, which celebrates the art of in-game celebration to a degree unparalleled anywhere.

Still, Rob and Prince—new boy-band name?—are doing pretty well for themselves. The other guy? That's Strasser, Milan's 22-year-old Sierra Leonean defensive midfielder.

Together the three make quite the team. In fact, they're probably good enough for a cameo role on Janet Reno's Dance Party.

Or if nothing else, they can teach the guy from Dazed and Confused a few things. He could really use some help, the poor guy.

Lest we forget, AC Milan recently lost Thiago Silva and Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Paris Saint-Germain. The loss of Silva probably had little effect on this situation, and in fact, he's been quoted as saying he didn't want to leave (via FourFourTwo).

Now we know why.

Zlatan, though, is a different matter. As Dirty Tackle points out, the tall Swede (is that his official name yet?) had a bit of a habit of kicking his teammates.

So it's fair to wonder whether this little dance was some sort of celebration over the departure of The Tall Swede (yeah, it's his name now). Or was it an interpretive send-off for Thiago Silva?

Either way, keep up the good work, fellas.
