Twitter is such a big world, who has time to navigate its vast recesses to find interesting people worth following? You probably have a job that has responsibilities that don't include searching Twitter for hot girls to follow, which probably sucks.

Thankfully, I have a job that has responsibilities that do include searching Twitter for hot girls to follow. I know, life is so unfair sometimes, right? Even though you're probably annoyed at me right now, at least I've found 20 NFL cheerleaders worth following on Twitter.

All forgiven?

20. Monica Mason, Miami Dolphins

Twitter ID: @muneca131

Follow For: Mostly for the photos.  Monica actually doesn't tweet that many things that aren't photos, which is great for those among us who don't care much for reading. She's a gorgeous blonde living the life in Miami, which makes for plenty of pleasing pictures.

19. Melissa Kellerman, Dallas Cowboys

Follow For: The controversy. You may recall that Cowboys tight end Jason Witten mowed over a cheerleader in November 2011. Well, Melissa was that cheerleader and her Twitter account grabbed headlines in the days after the incident because it was rumored she was forced by to delete it by DCC. Melissa denied the rumors and eventually made her way back to Twitter.

I've been following ever since. You never know when controversy will creep up again.

18. Danielle Hall, New Orleans Saints

Twitter ID: @DanielleHall13

Follow For: The occasional head-scratching tweets and photos of blonde girls. Danielle's photos aren't exclusively of blonde girls like herself, but she definitely seems to have a fair-haired preference when it comes to picking friends. Although, it's hard to tell if they are different blondes or just the same ones over and over in various shades of tanned. As for the head-scratching...

@DanielleHall13:  I want some American flag blue jean shorts

@DanielleHall13:  Way too many homosexuals here @meagankate15 @katiemchan

@DanielleHall13:  This lady is trying to train her 6 year old daughter to be an olympic swimmer in my apt pool. #notgoingtowork

17. Duyen, Houston Texans

Twitter ID: @HTC_Duyen

Follow For: The fun of it. I follow Duyen because she's pretty and she has lots of pretty friends. I'm sure you've followed people with far less impressive credentials. Plus, she's a down-to-earth girl who appreciates the simple things in life.

@HTC_Duyen: Happiness is in a good cup of coffee in the morning#happymonday

16. Molly Moenkhoff, Tennessee Titans

Twitter ID: @Molsk8s

Follow For: The adventure. Being a professional figure skater and NFL cheerleader may give one the impression that Molly is a girly girl, but that's definitely not the case. She's always on the go and and frequently posts photos of her gorgeous mountain getaways.

Oh, and she has the coolest dog on the planet—cool enough to captain his own boat

15. Nicole Thomas, Indianpolis Colts

Twitter ID: @NiiCOlE_Thomas

Follow For: Midwestern wholesomeness. Nicole has got that whole girl next door thing down. She's a college student who spends her downtime hanging with her dog, taking in a baseball game or doing wholesome sounding things with her wholesome sounding family.

@NiiCOlE_Thomas: My family hooked the projector up outside tonight. #movienight

See!? Adorable stuff.

14. Courtney Cook, Dallas Cowboys

Twitter ID: @DCC_Courtney

Follow For: Mostly the photos. The Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders keep the tweeting especially tame, because their social media presence is strictly monitored. Inspirational tweets aren't really my thing, but if they are your thing, you'll enjoy Courtney's. Her photos are more fun though, and they offer plenty of behind-the-scenes looks at the life of a DCC.

Plus! She gave us a preview of what you can expect to see on the Cowboys sidelines in late December. Merry Christmas.

13. Melissa Z, Atlanta Falcons

Twitter ID: @AFC_MelissaZ

Follow For: Fun photos and a glimpse into the mind of an NFL cheerleader. Melissa has all the standard game-day cheerleader photos, adorable animals photos and girls' night photos. She also post the occasional really random stuff. But I actually enjoy her random tweets about life and love.

@AFC_MelissaZ: surprisingly, I have never seen a horror movie!! actually, the Sixth Sense was the scariest movie I've ever seen. #wuss #wimp

@AFC_MelissaZ: it is getting easier for me to resist the urge to take a late night trip to McDonalds while under stress. Cheerios saved my life tonight.

@AFC_MelissaZ: Yes, mall browsing counts as a workout ... o.O

Gotta burn off those Cheerios somehow.

12. Elizabeth Marie, Miami Dolphins

Twitter ID: @Eliiizabeth_

Follow For: The comedy, the Red Bull and the ridiculously hot girls. In addition to shaking her pom poms for the Dolphins, Elizabeth is a self-proclaimed comedian and a member of the @RedBullMIA Wiiings Team.

She's also a full-time student studying television broadcasting, so you might just want to get ahead of the game on the whole "next Erin Andrews" thing.

11. Kristen Girault, New Orleans Saints

Image via @kristenbcg
Image via @kristenbcg

Twitter ID: @kristenbcg

Follow For: Over-the-top Saints enthusiasm, the occasional Republican political message, and bikini pics. Kristen is super excited about the Saints at all times, which you would expect for a Saints cheerleader. Her Twitter gallery reveals that she's also a bikini enthusiast—she's got photos of her in bikinis, other girls in bikinis and bikinis just sitting on the floor. Let's pause for a political message…

@kristenbcg: Nearly half a million jobs lost since this president was elected.#failedrecord

@kristenbcg: American people losing jobs and income. Meanwhile, Obama attacking Romney 4 being successful #wrongpriorities #failedrecord

The Obama campaign might want to skip her house while canvassing. At least someone is enthused about Mitt Romney.

10. Michelle & Rachel, Houston Texans

Twitter ID: @HTC_MichRach

Follow For: And twins! Damn you Coors Light…Michelle and Rachel aren't all that interesting on Twitter, but if you like hot blonde twin cheerleaders, and I know you do or you wouldn't be reading this, they are definitely worth a follow.

9. Toney Litz, Cincinnati Bengals

Image via @ToneyLitz
Image via @ToneyLitz

Twitter ID: @ToneyLitz

Follow For: The comedy, cute dogs and constant tweeting. While Toney's photo gallery is definitely a little short on hot cheerleaders, she more than makes up for that regular pictures of her dog doing various adorable things. There are also plenty of strangely amusing things, which I enjoy. The tweeting is a little mundane, but you'll never wonder what she's doing/thinking!

@ToneyLitz: BenGal individual photos for Bengals website tonight.. Excited!!!#whodey

@ToneyLitz: Please Noooooo rain!

@ToneyLitz: Switching between WEBN- to listen to my girls & Kiss 107 weekend rollout..

Although, sometimes a little mystery is a good thing.

8. Jessi Peralta, Tennessee Titans

Image via @MissJessiP
Image via @MissJessiP

Twitter ID: @MissJessiP

Follow For: The sunshine and the talent. In addition to being a hot blonde cheerleader with hot blonde cheerleader friends, Jessi is also a talented singer and dancer. She appeared on an early season of Fox's So You Think You Can Dance and is in a singing group with two other Titans cheerleaders in Nashville. Plus, she retweets amusing things.

@MAKEUP_SEX: Too bad bitching doesn't burn calories

@MAKEUP_SEX:  I make the babies. You kill the bugs. Got it?

Hey, someone's gotta kill the bugs. I sure as hell don't plan to do it.

7. Katie Riznyk, (Former) Buffalo Bills

Image via @KatieRiznyk
Image via @KatieRiznyk

Twitter ID: @KatieRiznyk

Follow For: The inspiration, the lifestyle and, obviously, the patriotism. Katie is the only former cheerleader to make the list. I decided to include her after stumbling across an article about her being a cancer survivor. My decision proved a good one when I found this amazing photo in her Twitter gallery.

Plus! She's been seeing the sights of Vegas recently—always entertaining.

6. Laura Francese, Buffalo Bills

Image via @laurafrancese
Image via @laurafrancese

Twitter ID: @laurafrancese

Follow For: The firearms. According to her Twitter bio, Laura used to host ESPN2's Redfield Redzone, but currently works in the outdoor/hunting industry. The fact that she's decked out in skin-tight cammo and clutching a crossbow in her Twitter photo backs this up.

Perhaps hunting isn't your thing, but as a Western Pennsylvania girl, I know plenty of guys back home who would kill every Bear in Alaska for a girl like this.

Plus! She has an Italian Greyhound, which sold me because I have two Italian Greyhounds.

5. Samantha, Miami Dolphins

Image via @Samanthaaa_R
Image via @Samanthaaa_R

Twitter ID: @Samanthaaa_R

Follow For: Hot broads and random thoughts—like really random. The Dolphins are well known to have one of the more aesthetically pleasing cheerleading squads in the NFL, and Samantha's photos reflect that. She also tweets ridiculous things on the regular.

@Samanthaaa_R: Why are my wrists so tiny

@Samanthaaa_R: Whyyyyyy do I have anxietyyyyyy

I wish I had some answers for her.

4. Candace Wilson, Denver Broncos

Image via @BroncoCandace
Image via @BroncoCandace

Twitter ID: @BroncoCandace

Follow For: Um, Snoop Dogg? Candace doesn't tweet very regularly, and when she does, they are pretty underwhelming. But what this Broncos cheerleader lacks in tweeting, she more than makes up for in star power.

Her photo gallery features the likes of Snoop Dogg (as I've mentioned), Benicio Del Toro, Peyton Manning and Brock Osweiler, to name just a few.

3. Alicia, Atlanta Falcons

Image via @AFC_Alicia
Image via @AFC_Alicia

Twitter ID: @AFC_Alicia

Follow For: The personality. Not that Alicia isn't lovely to look at; clearly she is, but she actually seems like a lot of fun. Her photos are random and very entertaining. And Alicia is not your typical Barbie-esque cheerleader, her interests include: dogs, metal, heavy weights, video games, football and UFC.

Plus! She tweets on the regular and is rarely annoying when doing so.

2. Laura Vikmanis, Cincinnati Bengals

Image via @LauraVikmanis
Image via @LauraVikmanis

Twitter ID: @LauraVikmanis

Follow For: The drama, literally. In 2011, Laura made history as the oldest cheerleader in NFL history—not that 43 is exactly ancient. Her story of a divorced mom who decided it was never too late to achieve her dreams attracted plenty of attention. The movie rights to her story were bought and she released a book in March 2012.

Judging by her Twitter gallery, it seems Laura has been traveling the world during the NFL offseason. She's also been keeping busy with media appearances.

1. Nikki Fraser, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Image via @Nikki_JFraser
Image via @Nikki_JFraser

Twitter ID: @Nikki_JFraser

Follow For: Mostly for the photos. NFL cheerleaders have pretty strict standards about what they can put out there for public viewing. Nothing Nikki posts is inappropriate by any standards, but her photo gallery definitely veers a bit more on the sexy side than a lot of other cheerleaders. She's a hot girl in a hot state with a bunch of hot friends—you won't be disappointed.

Oh, and she tweets regularly too. Like most of us on Twitter, sometimes it's entertaining and sometimes it could have gone unsaid.
