While other high school students were enjoying just another summer on Friday—sleeping in late, lounging by the pool or working a summer job—new Auburn commit, Reuben Foster, was busy getting his most recent ink job.

On Friday afternoon, the 5-star linebacker re-tweeted a picture of his newest tattoo—one that displays Auburn’s logo surrounded by artwork resembling a trendier version of Spiderman’s costume.

At this time it is unknown if the tattoo is finished or if Foster plans on adding color, but one thing is for sure: it is permanent.

The popular prospect’s tattoo comes one day after holding a press conference in the Auburn (Ala.) High School media room to announce the flipping of his commitment from Alabama to arch-rival Auburn.

Surrounding Foster’s controversial decommitment were questions over whether the high school star would honor this second commitment. Many expected him to eventually leave Auburn and join close friend Tray Matthews—a Georgia commit who Foster has pledged to play college ball with.

Though I know many people are not fans of athletes getting college logos tattooed on their bodies—especially before they have signed a letter of intent—Auburn fans have to be convinced that this is as solid of a commitment as they could hope for before national signing day rolls around.
