Dallas Cowboys: Best & Worst Case Scenarios for 2012
What can we expect from the Dallas Cowboys in 2012?
Tony Romo, statistically, was a top-10 quarterback in 2011, but his reputation as a fourth-quarter choke artist continues to precede him. But even with a solid campaign this season, it's not unreasonable to think that Romo could, potentially, be the worst quarterback in his division this season despite having weapons at his disposal like Dez Bryant, Miles Austin and tight end Jason Witten.
The jury might also still be out on running back DeMarco Murray, who had a brilliant midseason stretch before cooling off at the end of the year. Murray might face a sophomore slump, but also could emerge as one of the elite feature backs in the NFL.
One certainty does exist with this team; they will return a great defense to the field, especially in their linebacking corps with Sean Lee in the middle and DeMarcus Ware rushing on the edge.
Our video series of NFL team previews continues, as national lead writer Dan Levy, senior NFL draft Lead writer Matt Miller and lead NFL blogger Aaron Nagler and I discuss the Dallas Cowboys. Enjoy our video above and leave us your thoughts on Big D in the comments.
