Penn State commit Christian Hackenberg is the nation's No. 3 pro-style quarterback (per 247Sports) and has been named one of the top risers of his class for his athletic abilities, strong arm and quick release. Penn State is looking at him to potentially be one of the best quarterbacks since Kerry Collins.
