Caron Butler was cleared for practice yesterday. He practiced and said "It felt good. It felt really good."

Tuesdy was the first time he had practiced in three weeks after suffering from a torn left labrum. Even though he is cleared for practice, coach Eddie Jordan said, "I think he's still day-to-day. I think he still needs one more practice in." So could Caron be back Thursday against Cleveland?

Gilbert Arenas on the other hand, on the same day that Butler took an apparent step forward in his recovery from a torn labrum, has apparently taken a step back. He did not work out after practicing last week on his surgically-repaired knee. Arenas was cleared to practice back on March 4th. Will Arenas even make it back to the team this year? Or will he be too "afraid" to help the team out?
