NFC North Daily: Hot Breakfast Links for July 12, 2012

Andrew GardaFeatured ColumnistJuly 12, 2012

Busy morning, so we'll hop right into this.

First a little general Division news: Kevin Seifert reports Scouts Inc's NFC North offseason grades.

And now for some news for your breakfast reading pleasure.

ORDER UP!

Minnesota Vikings

Bob Sansevere says the new stadium could have a retractable roof. Heresy or practicality? Discuss amongst yourselves.

This is a tad light, but Chris Kluwe discovered the NFL/NFLPA may have a slight problem with the jersey it has on sale for him.

Tom Pelissero says that trying to figure out a new deal for angry receiver Percy Harvin won't be easy.

Chicago Bears

Jon Greenberg reports that the Bears have raised ticket prices for 2012.

Meanwhile also at ESPN Chicago, Mike Wright says Jay Cutler is fine with his ranking on Ron Jaworski's Quarterback Countdown list.

Detroit Lions

In case you missed the ESPY's last night (I myself was re-watching The Wire), Justin Rogers reports that Matt Stafford won Comeback Player of the Year.

A lot of people are predicting the Lions to miss the playoffs this year. Not I, nor Connor Muldowney who gives you four keys to the Lions taking over the North.

Green Bay Packers

More ESPY news—it's slow, folks, what can I say?—Aaron Rodgers won the award for Best NFL Player.

Jason Wilde's list of the most important Packers included Josh Sitton and TJ Lang at No. 14.

We're skipping the Twitter feed today just because I am shot for time. I'll pay homage a little later in the day or make up for it tomorrow.
